It's very hard to understand how a person can try for months to get their kid in for a yearly exam. Then they are now trying to say it's an office visit. Greed hiding behind religious smoke screen. I am very frustrated with this office’s ability yo provide vaccinations for my children. Both children have anxiety regarding vaccines and this year we had to wait over 40 minutes in the office from scheduled appointment to being seen in a room. Last year it was over an hour. We don’t even need to see the physician. Then we were told they only had one vaccination despite having both children scheduled. I work in healthcare, I have helped providers in this office. I expect better.
We’ve already contacted Connie Bridges about our experience and I hope education took place after. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Sturdavant to anyone. And feel free to pass that along to him. We trusted our daughters with him, and his medical expertise and betrayed our family. A living hell for 3 months.
