My mom went to the hospital at 11am this morning with high blood pressure and high sugar levels. It is well past 7pm and she has not been seen. I called the hospital to inquire as to why and the nurse who answered told me that the hospital was on a bypass and that my mom was stable enough to sit there and wait (my mother is a diabetic who came in with sugar levels wayyyy over). My father had been here since 1:15 pm yesterday almost 12 hours William Steele. The service is horrible. Nurses not sanitizing their hands. I will remove my insurance from here after being a patient of dr Madorii for 30 years. So long
RecommendedMore Nurse Practitioners in all the care stations . All managers in Home based Services get away from their desks and make House Calls & See the really big picture.& The problems, All the physicians are very professional and efficient. The New plans for change are hopeful . Good luck and I know their will be successful future.
The cancer center is top notch. They provided the absolute best care to my mother. The social services department and the resources they provided her in 2015 have left a lasting impression . Even after she passed they still followed up with me💕

We were vacationing in 2017 in Chicago. This hospital saw a 100% disabled veteran for a possible heart attack a year ago and misbilled their services. When we were notified there was still a balance we resubmitted his VA info. Turns out they billed someone else which was odd but we made sure they had what was needed to get payment. We never have to pay for medical because, again, he's completely disabled through the VA. after giving them his VA info a second time, we didn't think about it again.
