Little Company of Mary Hospital's customer service representatives are rude and completely unprofessional. I spoke to one lady about a bill I received and told her I could pay a certain amount each month. She told me that wasn't enough! WHAT?!?!?! She then proceeded to tell me that if I didn't establish a payment plan with them I would be put into collections if the full amount wasn't paid within 60 days. Happy nurses day to all the labor and delivery nurses at LCOM. I had the best experience with you ladies and I appreciate all of your hard work! I have had 2 C-sections in the past 3 years and both times I had the best nurses and excellent care!
I went there on March 20. I had the worst experience in the er. No one care how sick I was, I left in pain went in pain. Had to sit in the waiting room for about 3 or 4 hours. I didn't have a ride to get home. Because I came in the ambulance. I ask for water they never gave it to me. They treated me like I was no good. I worked for cpd. So they were getting paid. Find another hospital to go to, this one sucks.
Good doctors nurse's not so good. Emergency room pack a lunch and supper maybe breakfast also.
If I can help it, I will never go to any other hospital. This place has become a second home for me in the last couples months. I have been here for multiple appointments as well as health issues and testing. Every single staff member treats me like family from the second they meet me. They are kind and attentive to every ache and every little question I may have. I had my successful gastric bypass surgery with Dr Cahill here in December 2014.
