25 years of getting orders that are incorrect every time. Today I got my order finally and it was missing an item I ordered. They are so awful that I purchase equipment with online sellers for some cheaper items and much better service. I dare you to try to get ahold of someone, have fun sitting on hold, press 5 for a call back and see if you get one!
I can not believe this company. I was told I would be done making payments on my CPAP machine and it would be mine with in 3 months of renting. When this did not happen and I continued to get bills I was told to talk to my insurance, insurance told me to talk to them, I called back and was told to talk to my insurance AGAIN. My experience with this company has been very frustrating. When you call you have to hold forever, then the system hangs up and you have to start the whole process over. I was told they would contact me when the supplies are up for renewal, they did not. When I called I was told rudely that they don't have to give courtesy calls for supplies. My Dr requested a 4wheel walker and a cushioned shower chair. After my surgery on 4/20 with major 2 section back surgery. 4 months later and almost 20 prescriptions sent. And still won’t approve it due to the ways requested by them to show stability, No matter how it is written per their request. I have changed DME providers and have restart the whole process again for new company since it has taken this long
Over the past year and a half, since this CPAP service has been outsourced again, by OSF, their record keeping, scheduling, follow up and delivery all have been horrendous. I have never received such miserable, frustrating service. Their contacting me for supply replenishments stopped. My calls to them for supplies are not answered. My messages for a return call(per their answering machine direction) are not returned. Calls by my Dr to intervene on my behalf, have had no results.
