Four and a half months and numerous phone calls later I am still trying to get Medicare coverage for equipment that should be covered from day 1. The latest promise was a return phone call from a “senior billing” person that was supposed to happen last Thursday to verify that they indeed have all of the needed documentation. I am still waiting on that call. I can’t count the number of hours and phone calls I have made. If I could rate it a zero I would. For the over six months I have been chasing your billing department around to get invoices corrected. How hard is it to apply insurance or charity to an account. And then make sure that the same is applied to each monthly invoice. It is getting to a point where it is starting to affect my life and credit, already tried to turn it to collections. 25 years of getting orders that are incorrect every time. Today I got my order finally and it was missing an item I ordered. They are so awful that I purchase equipment with online sellers for some cheaper items and much better service. I dare you to try to get ahold of someone, have fun sitting on hold, press 5 for a call back and see if you get one!

My experience with this company has been very frustrating. When you call you have to hold forever, then the system hangs up and you have to start the whole process over. I was told they would contact me when the supplies are up for renewal, they did not. When I called I was told rudely that they don't have to give courtesy calls for supplies. Which is fine if I would have known I would put it on my calendar. Recently have spent a total of 2 hours on hold just to order supplies, I am currently on hold now to cancel an order ... read more

I can not believe this company. I was told I would be done making payments on my CPAP machine and it would be mine with in 3 months of renting. When this did not happen and I continued to get bills I was told to talk to my insurance, insurance told me to talk to them, I called back and was told to talk to my insurance AGAIN.
