I have received excellent care in all areas of the facility EXCEPT the procedures center. I am writing a letter to the manager of the department because of how badly I was treated. This is not an isolated incident as there was a problem when my husband had a procedure as well. They need to learn how to treat people.
Worst experience at a hospital, and sadly it is an experience that will not go away.....never go to this hospital, go out of state if you have to....it is not worth the aggravation and headache.
