Professional people there were wonderful doctors nurses, even though they miss diagnosed. There was no coordination at check out whatsoever with the staff .Janitorial staff was OK however the support staff was the worst. The gentleman who pushes the wheelchair at checkout acted like it was just a total inconvenience for him. He left us at the pharmacy and I had to push my friend out with an oxygen bottle flowers and a bag this guy was nowhere to be found he just took off. It has its bad points and its good points over all they were very thorough some nurses not so good but others wonderful but you will find that at Carle also and people are human after all

Very prompt getting me checked in.. I was early for an appointment. and they took me in right away for the testing that I had to receive. They didn't make me wait until my scheduled appointment time. Also the staff was caring and very professional. I feel it's way better than Carle.

I had gallbladder surgery yesterday. The staff was great. Only problem was they were an hour behind on surgery. But, it all worked out and I was home before scheduled.

My dad ( RODRIGO PACHECO) had a angioplasty yesterday an they good care of him the nurses was great!!!!! I wish I could remember the main nurse that helped my Dad she was amazing an thank you everyone who took care of!!!

I used to work in an Emergency room and I was treated like a leper. My pain was not controlled and neither was my nausea. I may care for the hospital in Danville but at least they register you at the bedside, and streamline the process along. Too bad my doctor works out of your hospital. �

I have been very impressed with every worker I have come in contact with. My overnight stay has become a 5 day stay and everyone has been so compassionate and caring. Thank you !!
