I call the main number, switchboard, get placed on hold or get told to call back later. I get through, and talk with the nurses in the practice my own doctor, and the PA I'm now assigned to, because they are the only point of communication. Communication is horrible. I state clearly what I need -- and this is even more frustrating -- clearly IN WRITING is MyChart, and they consistently mess it up.
