Ordered a pizza paid for it never got it. I called to confirm the order when I first made it they had my order then almost 2 hours later now I’m crazy and was told I never ordered from them worst customer service ever
Extremely upset with the customer service. Ordered and waited THREE hours for a delivery for a simple order. Called to inquire and was told that it was Football Gameday and that traffic was bad. After all of that I was told that the delivery person had come, however I never received a phone call to let me know that they had arrived. I was told that I could come pick it up myself (after I had already been charged a delivery fee) or have my money refunded. Very hungry and disappointed.
I am so happy. I order from this place frequently, and recently my address was not on the delivery list. Well the lady said she will speak with management, and I called back tonight and got added back on!. This place has pretty affordable prices for the quality of food. I am from ny and this is by fsr the best pizza and wings place in town. I've tried the pizza, calzones, salads, burgers and their sampler baskets. Everything is always great. I went to Oscars with my husband for Valentine's Day. The quality of food was poor, the sauce was rancid, the bread reheated, the meat sauce had no meat. To make it worse, the service was terrible! We waited for a long time for drinks and Parmesan!!!!! THIS IS NOT ITALIAN, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! THEY ARE SOOO RUDE
