The hair stylist repeatedly insulted my hair, I asked for a particular style and I even said if it wasn’t possible with my hair could we get something similar. I asked my curtains bangs and face framing pieces and received a straight across fringe at eyebrow level and then had it swept over so my parting was on the wrong side (despite me telling her at the start of the hair cut) I asked for 90s layers and I now have 1 layer so my hair sits bluntly at two levels like steps. Best service you could possibly get! I have had Kristy twice now and she is so amazimg and gives the best hair cuts and made me feel so safe going short after having long hair for forever! I couldn’t thank her enough! ☺️Complimentary massage and coffee as well. The whole atmosphere is so welcoming. If I could give more stars I would!
