I went in very confident that, what I thought was a skin tag on the side of my eye would be gone and boy was I right. I entered his office, it was very clean, very nice and a great vibe to be in, he assured that I was in great hands, and although it did hurt a bit. I was really satisfied with the end result, now my face looks back to normal and better, and I am really happy. Would recommend to any and everyone. Overall was a great experience

I was a patient 25 years ago and Oscar and did wonders for my skin. I suffered from bad acne scarring and dark spots that just wouldn't go away. Microdermabrasion was my recommended treatment and it worked. If anyone is skeptical about treatments, don't be. You will thank yourself later, promise.

After trying different treatments at different facilities and having no success, I decided to visit Upper Layers. Oscar is very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. This is a work in progress, but so far Im happy with the progress.

I have nothing but great things to say about Oscar. I only trust him with my face. I first visited Upper Layers Skin Care when I hit 13years old because puberty gave me bad acne that ranged from intense black heads to severe cystic bumps that caused horrible hyperpigmentation .
