RecommendedTonight after work I stopped in urgent care because for the last week my knee has really been bothering me. The doctor who saw me was Dr. Kothari. He really took the time to explain what was causing pain and how to fix it!! I really appreciated his approach instead of just trying to finish up and move me on out of there. the last time I was there it waSs dress right dress but this phone call really turned me off
This is so late but wanted to post about this VA patient. My brother was transferred from another hospital in Michigan. He was first put in ICU and then transferred to a regular bed. He received the best care both from nursing staff and the physicians. Then transferred to the Living Care Center (?) at the facility. Everything seemed flawless from the nurses, to dietary, to physical rehab to discharge. Even though this is a federal facility, it sure felt like a hometown hospital which in a way it is. Great Medical Care for Us Veterans
Stop the war on rural veterans. Sending us to clinics and hospitals with authorizations does little good, when they don't bill the VA, and then go after the veteran. And Iron Mountain knows this and does nothing to help.
My dad, an 89 year old retired Navy Vet, is in the Community Living Center, currently. He loves the care and living quarters he has there. I enjoy visiting him daily and visiting with him and other vets as well as the staff. It’s clean and inviting.
Every visit is an outstanding experience. Hats off to everyone who works there. Excellent care.
