They are a very good group of professional people. Very satisfied
Haven't been there for years and do not plan on going back. Was treated like sh?t from the front reception desk to the purser going out . This was every visit, not just an isolated event. Just another reward for serving my country. They took my measly 10% disability and laughed at me when I questioned them about it. Lucky to have medical care through my retirement. Probably won't see this posted because they still won't care.
The Iron Mountain VA Medical Center should be a model of how a VA facility is run. The doctors, nurses, and other personnel that I have met are some of the most conscientious and thorough individuals I have ever encountered in the medical profession. The facility is top notch, wait time is minimal, and the specialized care for each aspect of a patient's health is exceptional. Thank you Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center for being here for Veterans -- Keep up the great work!!

Finally coming about, twenty yrs ago I dreaded that place, staff finally seem they care. Early stages yet, but for the better!
Zero trust in the va hard to believe people actually get proper treatment at this facility...
HAD AN AWESOME VISIT TO THE VA IN IRON MOUNTAIN ON MONDAY, WONDERFUL SERVICE AND THEY HAVE A PICTURE OF THE COMMANDER AND CHIEF DONALD J. TRUMP IN THE LOBBY UNLIKE THE VA IN WEST PALM BEACH!
A total waste of time two and a half hour drive for two small vials of blood and a pressure check on my eyes
