Dr Mendez patientlyexplained everything to me while performing his test on my wrist.
First time seeing Dr. Mendez.. He immediately made me feel at ease. He saw I needed help with walking and balance and jumped in to help. He treated my 20 yr old daughter with courtesy and respect also. He listened to all our concerns and answered each one of them. He came up with a comprehensive plan to help and even a backup plan if needed. Then he made sure my daughter understood everything when he realized my memory was not good.
