I had a somewhat unique situation in that I was only in town for a few hours and needed to meet to set up my fathers estate. Oscar made himself available late on a Friday afternoon and was so kind. When it came time to sign papers, we were again in an odd situation where my father could not come into the office. He worked with me on a solution that worked to get what needed to get done done!
