They are very helpul and describe and everything,unfortunately they did not accept my offer,am really interested buying the car but my budget is not enough...thanks
this dealer is the worst place to buy a used car, they will lie to you as much as possible about mechanical problems of the car, they dont even want to mention that through email, what?? Is that hard to mention on email? Mechanical or cosmetic flaw? Ain't hard if you're honest, anyway went there to see this junk c class they have that they never want to tell me the flaws of it through email, wasted my gas and time checking the car out, a 3 hour drive!! I only called to see how long they would be opened as I was in the area at the time. The next day, one of my he salesmen called me, remembered my name and ask if I was still interested in the car. To me for them to reach out to me was a major plus. He even had others in mind to offer me but alas I was no longer in the area. I really appreciate at the reached out though. Let's me know they are serious about their business.

Called to ask a few questions was told they would get back in touch and never heard back ..they could have been straight up and said they weren't interested in my trade in.

Drove 89miles to see the car i was hoping too look at.and it had algi forming under the tail light,the driver window was half way down w/plastic over it . nothing like the pictures shown.saleman said i have another for 2,800.looked nice but he couldn't get it started to test drive.
Dealer was good but the SUV had some issues. The dash and tailights were not working and at night I couldn't go for a test drive. Also the brakes were definitely in need of servicing.
Car pics didn't show the damage on front of the car
They upped the price when I got there.
