Great Atmosphere. Excellent food. Great Service – Had a wonderful experience at the O's Steak and Seafood Restaurant, located inside the Westin Westminster. The people were warm and friendly. Well Rounded O's. – Located in the Westin Hotel in Westminster, O's is often overlooked by locals as an available dining option. The dining room is modern & well appointed and features very high ceilings. We started with a two cheese onion soup and a blue cheese wedge salad. The biscotti-shaped parmasagne crouton served with the soup was a nice touch, as was the thick slice of blue cheese that accompanied the salad. Dinner portions were larger than expected.
