Did not even want to quote the job, called the previously bought fixtures low quality without even seeing them. Do not bother calling a waste of time. If this is the attitude I cannot imagine the work quality is much better.
this Company, first made an appointment to fix my appliance after 4pm. I gave them my cell phone number at asked them to call me at that number. Then called at 6pm to another number, but not the one I had provided, to say they were not coming but would call first thing in the morning to reschedule for the following afternoon. After not hearing from them the following morning, I called them at which time I was told they had tried numerous phone numbers and did not get anyone! Never showed up! Set up an appointment in advance, called to confirm an hour before. Never showed up, didn t answer phone when I called to find out if they were on the way. If they didn t want to do the job, they should have said so when I called to confirm the appointment.
TOO EXPENSIVE \$450 FOR ONLY STOP THE LEAK. Call to schedule appointment and no one show up. Have to follow up two times. technician finally show up and ask for \$150 per hour and unable to tell how much time needed
Don t think I will use this company again; they did not show up as promissed. Called to get a price on replacing a hot water heater. Got answering service who had a plumber return my call. He said he would have to come by to give me a price (only company that required this). Didn t show up as soon as promissed. Nice guy and gave me a price, in line with others that I had received
Undependable! Will not show nor explain. Will even laugh in the background. Check out other local.yahoo complaints as well.
These people charged me \$245 to clear out my pipe part of the way. 45 min later they wanted to charge another \$150 to finish! I said I would rather replace the sewage pipe. They said they could have their plumber give me an estimate for \$81! I told them I would find someone for a free estimate. They claimed no one gives free estimates. Five min. later I had two apts for FREE estimates!
I had two hot water heaters installed by Pope, and they aren t working properly. Discussions continue, and my next post will give details on their response. I agree with previous posts, their prices are high.
had a bad experience with this company. The owner came out to house and started cussing when i chose not to give him the bid. It really scared me.
