Would like to give some credit and a pat on the back to YB Plumbing. I had not water in my flat. I called this company and spoke to their office staff. From the conversation he was able to diagnose what parts I needed to fix the problem. YB Plumbing sent a plumber who arrived with the parts, fitted them and my hot water supply was restored. Cracking service!
I have nothing but gratitude for YB Plumbing. This was the 3rd plumber in Katy, TX to try and figure out our troublesome heating system. To cut a long story short the plumber fixed it where others had failed. I found him to be polite and trustworthy and would happily employ him for any other works in our home.
The plumber from YB Plumbing arrived on time ' we were called the evening before and confirmed the appointment. Work was done right ' no mess. His feet were clean (covered) and his attitude positive. He worked hard and got the job done.
My daughter decided that the toilet would be a good place to play with some toys. The toilet did not agree. I called YB Plumbing and before I knew it I had an appointment, the technician arrived and the problem was solved. They made my problem disappear before I even had a chance to stress about it.
