I called Ortiz to have a garage door opener installed. Ortiz said he was going to be busy until Wednesday of that week so I waited Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There was no call and no show. I only called Ortiz because of my physical limitations, it is an easy job that anybody could do in half an hour especially if they have experience. I cannot lift more than 2 lbs. per hand but I am going to show Ortiz and any other company out there that people call them for a reason, not that they do not know how to do that job. I called for service on my garage door, they arrived in less than 10 minutes, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed FAST! VERY REASONABLE RATES!
The guys were super nice and very helpful. They did a great job fixing my door so I didn't have to buy a new one. They showed me how to use the openers and answered all my questions
Someone hit our garage door on a Sunday night. My husband popped the dent out and repaired it enough so we could open and close it. Less than 2 weeks later the garage wouldn't open or close. Thank goodness the cars were already out so we weren't locked in. I called around and spoke with one of the Ortiz technicians. They were able to come out the same day and gave us a reasonable price. Ortiz needs to stop fixing garage doors and start teaching service techs about customer service, he put on a show of how it should be done. Same day service, I called him at 11:00 he showed up at 1:00, ON TIME! My door (spring) was fixed by 1:45, it was like I had a stopwatch and said go! The only CON I would have is I can’t call him for everything that breaks around my house, He was very professional and now I have his sticker on my door; he’ll always get the call now.
