Love these guys! Had them rescue me from a broken spring then install that stranded my vehicle in the garage. I ended up having them install a brand new door and opener. Very reasonable and responsive. They had the job done in under half a day! Very professional and will use these guys always, moving forward. Highly recommend!

After the garage door wouldn’t open, my husband searched Home Advisor, Facebook, and local garage door companies websites. He found Ortiz Garage Doors, which was located in Elgin and gave them a call. An hour and a half later, the job was complete, which is amazing. Two springs were replaced, the opener/rails were greased, and now the garage door sounds like it did when first purchased...quiet. I highly recommend this company. Very polite, friendly, and professional.
I gave Ortiz Garage Doors a call and since they were in the area they said they could come right away. They came fast, did a professional job at a great price. Gus was very courteous, and went above and beyond by checking the entire system and tightening and adjusting things that needed to be adjusted and replacing missing fasteners even though he came only to change the cables on the garage. Highly recommended. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Phenomenal job by these guys! Called them around 12:45pm because my door was closing excessively, within half hour they arrived and assisted with the problem and fixed it before 2pm on the same day! DO NOT go with Superior garage door services IN CRYSTAL LAKE, IL they wanted to charge me $125 just to come and look at the problem, plus parts and service...a big no no! Who does that??!
