Great service, quick and efficient for delivery
I want to thank Ortiz Flower shop (Monterey Park office) they are by far the best shop I have dealt with. I am from San Gabriel but currently live in Pennsylvania after retiring from the Army. Recently my mother passed and is buried at Resurrection Cemetery across the street from Ortiz Flowers remote shop. The gentleman I have dealt with name Beto, he has ensured my mother, mother in-law and grandmother in-law have received the best flower bouquets every date I asked him to deliver. I walked in and I purchased some flowers and my total was 11.00 I check my bank statement today, and I see a charge from Ortiz Flowers for 13.54 even if they charged me tax that is still way to much, on the Tax.Not to happy with that.
The flowers I ordered for my cousin's memorial were more beautiful than what I expected. I ordered two standing sprays, an amazing services and exceptional flowers qualities. Thank you
