**WARNING**I took my work truck in for repairs, my tools were gone and my truck was rifled through. He must have $300 worth of my craftsman wrenches. Thief’s!
I’m speaking on the “car sales” portion of this business, not the repair shop. The sales guy was very pushy straight away and I test drove a vehicle, with my child. Came back and said no, because it had transmission issues. He made a huge ordeal out of it having sat for months and that’s the only reason the engine was loud and making the car vibrate.
