I worked with the Ortins group for the first time in 2017. I listed my property with Matt and I could not have been happier with the result. Matt sold my property in 1 showing for well over asking. I had some abnormal behavior from tenants and my new prospected buyer and it was all handled by Matt quickly and professionally so it would not interfere with my closing. I had the chance to work with Matt Mcquaid as a first time home buyer and he greatly exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgeable about the market, reassuring, positive and paitent as we looked at over 100 houses in a 3 month period until I came across the perfect one, and he was instrumental in negotiating with the seller on my behalf. I have been working with Ortins Property Management for the past 3 years and can truly say they have been dedicated in results for both the landlord and the tenants. They will go above and beyond to make sure the tenants are as comfortable as possible or will die trying! As a landlord, it can be a challenge if a vendor does not cooperate or do what is expected, but OPMG always comes through and even picks up the slack for other vendors faults.
