Got me in at the hour appointed. Seems like a good doctor... we'll see after he looks at the CT scan and can tell me how to alleviate this pain.
I've Recently become a patient of Dr Tseng & Staff! Received a epidural Injection 2 weeks ago.I am Very Satisfied with the Service from this facility! I was referred there last year & wish I was seen earlier for sciatic pain Thank you Dr Tseng for the Care I received!! Everyone was Professional & Friendly!
The worse experience ever. The PA blew me off in both of my appointments and I was not given the right medical help. Still suffering in pain, no PT given, had to beg to have an MRI done to find out I have bulging dishs which he said I didn't from just looking at my back.The Emergency Room referred me to go to get PT which hopefully I will now be able to start 5 monthe later after coming here and getting no help. Many months of days and nights in intense pain that is still going on.
Dr. Duerden is fantastic! He treated my husband and myself. Very pleased! The only thing I don't like is the person checking me in and helping track a payment, was stuffing goldfish crackers in her mouth the whole time! When you are speaking with clients, you should NOT be chewing
Dr.Chen and the physical therapy department our amazing! The receptionist are always friendly and helpful and the physical therapy staff goes above and beyond to help you. Brittany Mitchel is exceptional at her task and always has a welcoming smile and demeanor during therapy, I will only go to ortho va from now on, the ladies up front are so friendly and always have a hello and a smile when I come in the front door!
