I have had good results with this practice, but this last fiasco with my hip was the absolute worst. Dr Jacobson is so RUSHED, he provides no listening the thus no help AND he makes mistakes, and his 'minion' Emil stands in there and just embellishes his notes to make it look like he is a thorough, competent Dr - he is NOT. Dr Durden is the man. This place runs like a well-oiled machine. I am very happy with my foot treatment and my care.
DO NOT COME ON WEEKEND! WILL NOT RETURN or REFER! The black woman at registration was very nonchalant and cold. We Sat in an office with 3 Caucasian customers ahead of my girlfriend in excruciating pain at open. We waited in the waiting area until 12 noon. At 12 my girlfriend gets a text that she will not be seen until 1:20PM!
