Staff was courteous as well as Dr Birmingham. The visit was informative. Had to get a shot in each knee & it was painless as I braced myself 🙂
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walked me through each step before surgery reassuring me that the paperwork would be completed by the date of surgery. Dr Swanstron explained the surgery and what to expect in recovery.
The staff at Ortho Virginia was very courteous, prompt, accessible, but most of all very compliant concerning the safety guidelines during this pandemic. Thanks Ortho Virginia.
The best doctors that I’ve ever had the best service that I’ve had with an orthopedic they’re so kind courteous and professional they take the time to find out what the problem is and how to solve it you could not attend a better facility I would always go there and I definitely will wreck recommend my family and friends I had the best doctor I feel that I could possibly have and I thank them so very very much for being there for me
All the doctors I have seen there are very professional, knowledgeable and experts in their field. Dr Gocke did a great job on my back fusion, always take time to answer questions and speaks in a way that is easy to understand.
I had hip replacement surgery and Dr David Miller was my surgeon. As always, you get good results and good service from him and Julia. Love them both. I have always had questions answered and get call backs. Things were lined up with my insurance company and pharmacy for smooth refills and for the surgery. On the way there once a guy topped my fluids in my vehicle off and forgot to put the top on tight on the radiator tightly. It started to run hot.
