As far as my doctor He was absolutely perfect and his assistance that worked with him we’re perfect as well. The triage nurse was perfect but for some reason there was problems with having the scheduling nurse return phone calls. When you put in for someone to call you in three days later they have not return your phone call that’s just not right that was my only problem I had with this doctors office besides that I would recommend this doctor to anyone

My doctor for my shoulder surgery, Dr. David Nedeff is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He made the before, during, and currently after my surgery as pleasant as possible. As far as the billing department I have tried to recover my initial $50 co-pay, but I shouldn’t have to have paid it initially, bc my situation is a worker’s compensation claim. I have yet to be reimbursed, and my initial visit was April. This part of the process, leaves a lot to be desired.

Great experience with hip replacement, Dr Tony Shaia. Excellent peril class at joint replacement center, nursing staff, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. A number of post op calls by hospital staff.
I have used the services at OrthoVirginia for several years and have found their service very professional. The staff and Doctors treat part with utmost respect especially on these trying times in which we live
