I would recommend OrthoVirginia and Dr Stuart in particular. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and impressions. He also answers your questions and concerns. most importantly, he talks to you on an equal level valuing your information as much as his skill.
I had knee replacement surgery performed by Dr. Anthony Shaia 2 years ago. Everything went well and I’m back now because the other knee is a problem. He gave me an injection to try before performing surgery. The knee will be replaced in time. I have the utmost trust in Dr Shaia . His doctor/patient relationship is outstanding.

Dr.McMahon and his staff Andrea Lauber and Monica Vasquez are the best! They replaced my right hip April 23,2019 and that went very well! I was playing golf again two months later. My left hip started to get worse this spring and OrthoVirgina worked with me to try pain medicines as well as stretching and strengthening exercises to delay/avoid another surgery. Unfortunately, I needed another surgery which was performed by Dr.McMahon on my left hip on August 19th. Left the hospital after one night, never needed a walker ! Expe... read more
Dr. Malasitt did a wonderful job repairing my broken collarbone. He made sure my medicine regimen was all squared away. Lord knows I hope I never have to see him again, but if for some reason I find myself bucked off a dirtbike on my left side I would give him another go.
Always a good experience at Ortho Virginia. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Nedeff listens, examines evaluates, and comes up with a treatment plan, all the while taking into consideration what the patient wants to do. They get 5 stars from me!
