RecommendedThe staff was pleasant and helpful. I got in to my appointment pretty much on time & did not have to wait for any part of my care (initial, x-ray, the doctor). Dr. Jacobson was wonderful about walking through the most likely reason for my symptoms, as well as what to do to take care of it. He explained it thoroughly & in language I could understand. I am grateful for his care & the care of the staff.
Friendly staff. Felt very welcomed. Did not feel rushed in the appointment and all my questions were answered.
I was able to secure an appointment in one day with Dr. McConnell. He listened to my symptoms and ordered a series of x-rays. Diagnosis was made quickly. He explained the problem and injected the problem joint. Staff was very friendly. My experience was excellent.
Excellent care and professionalism
Dr. Bernard was recommended to me by the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. HSS said he is the best, and they are right. This is the second time that I have been to see Dr. Bernard. Both he and his staff are professional, kind, courteous and of course extremely talented. I would go nowhere else for shoulder or knee injuries. Highly recommend.
