They were all very pleasant and got back to the exam room quickly.
Kudos to Dr Christopher Young, Jake and the entire OrthoVirginia staff. Everything about my pre-op, surgical and post-op care was excellent. I would definitely trust them if I need future orthopaedic care.
As a patient, I was treated with courtesy when arriving for appt. Dr Hatfield was very direct and greeted with a handshake coming and going.He advise me of what needed to be done.My knee is feeling better today., Under his care.I would recommend Ortho Va. to Family and friends.

The team that’s there has excellent customer service and most of all is caring loving of others and also prompt on the time u go back for your appointment I enjoyed my visit there and I know others did as well
Efficient service, not a long wait at all and I was Dr. Thompson’s last appointment of the day! He was great! He treated me with respect, not like I was someone beneath him or I was stupid. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him and OrthoVirginia😃
