I would recommend ortho Virginia, because of Dr Herzog. He was very understanding and very prompt his bedside manner was spectacular. He made me feel very comfortable in the procedure in which I had to have, he also made sure that I understood what my choices were before I actually had surgery. The staff was very pleasant and courteous. All I can say is Dr Herzog and his assistant doctor which I can’t remember his name at this point make me feel very good at choosing ortho Virginia for my back surgery. The nurses are extremely friendly and efficient. I arrived at the office last Friday during the pandemic. I only waited a few minutes before being called back to see Dr. Aguiar. First the nurse asked me a few questions, then another nurse took me for an x-ray. Dr. Aguiar came in shortly after that, talked with me, did a quick exam, made a diagnosis, and sent me on my way with a boot and physical therapy exercises. The entire visit was less than 30 minutes. This is the second time I’ve been to OrthoVirginia to see Dr. Wind. Both times I’ve had a very positive experience. The first time was four years ago and the second was yesterday. A big “Thank You” to Dr. Wind and his Assistant!!
