I ran into an Insurance issue that took the entire staff to ressolve so I did not have to reschedule. Thank you for your expedicious response to that issue.
In spite of the coved-19 circus surrounding the world, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Childs. At mid-day, it was a nearly 1 hour drive from Fredericksburg. I chose OV because an earlier experience with them. Dr. Child’s team was very professional, efficient and gracious, as was Dr. Childs himself. The assessment of my back and the recommended follow-on treatment was presented in a very professional manner, which evoked a confidence in what I need to do to move toward a remedy of my condition.
The staff is very pleasant from when enter the office until visit is over nurses are kind and polite.
Great and caring doctors and staff.
Dr A Reis is a excellent doctor. Did my back surgery. I wouldn’t let anyone else put a hand on me. He has a great bedside and office manner. Takes his time to make sure he is addressing all your issues.
