This guy is rude, cold and mean. Very snobby. Not friendly or approachable. Loved trump from what his staff said. Need I say more?
Dr. Shaia seems to be very knowledgeable and thorough. He doesn't rush you through your visit. He does a good job solving the problem.
Dr. Anthony Shaia has been my orthopedic specialist for several years. He has performed one hip and one knee replacement and is awaiting my decision for a second knee replacement. I also have had injections in my knees. He rates a 10 in all ways. He, not only is competent and professional, he treats his patients with respect, takes time to explain one's condition and reason for pain while sharing his ex rays, test results, and experience. Dr. Shaia answered all my questions and gave me options to treating my shoulder problem. He came to get me in the waiting room when the nurse was busy. He was personable and did not rush. I was called at my appointment time and out in less than 30 minutes. Because I answered a few questions on line and paid on line, check-in took seconds. I was thanked for doing the on line registration. After I saw Dr. Shaia the nurse came in immediately to schedule my next appointment.
Dr. Shaia performed a total hip replacement for me and he is an amazing surgeon - not only for the surgery itself but prior to and after the surgery.
I recently had my second partial knee replacement surgery with Dr. Shiah. His professionalism and demeaner are excellent. Chrissie Chappel NP, compliments him beautifully. His entire staff is both knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr. Shaia is very professional and answers all my questions. Unfortunately I don’t know all the questions to ask, so after my second visit I realized I had a few questions about my condition. On my last visit I was able to address those concerns.
Personal one on one focus not a hurried visit. Listen to questions and provided specific answers.
