I have been an Orthopli customer since residency and now in my practice for over 7 years. I have to say that in the recent years I have noted a tremendous improvement in customer service and overall followthrough with orders and services. I requested some invoices dating back to 2019 and they dug them out for me next day! Been a happy customer and thought I would let them know they are doing a great job! Thank you.

I just wanted to drop here to leave a review. My employers use this company for instruments for their office. Their customer service is hands down the best experience I could ask for. From the person who answers the phone to the owners themselves. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. In a day and age where it is impossible to get anyone on the line, these guys are very dependable, punctual and easy to talk to. Thank you guys!
