The worse consumer service I have been calling and leaving a message for my husbands doctor to call back for over a week. The doctor has not returned my call the person that answered the phone was unprofessional and rude. To make matters worse this doctor did my husbands surgery.
I have been going here for several months now very unprofessional atmosphere doctor cuartas knowing I'm having severe pain won't give nothing for pain and giving me the run around knowing surgery is what I need I would not recommend this office to anybody they are more worried about there pockets than their patitents very unsatisfied ....
All I can say is that I get cortisone shots in my knee and they never hurt (the shots, that is). Means a lot to me. No waiting either.
I think they are Awesome... I had Dr. Gina Delsavio... She did an elbow and wrist surgery on me.... Love her.... I also had Barry Hyman who did three knee surgeries on me.... I Love Him too... I always recommend them to people...
