It is ridiculous the amount of time one has to wait to be seen By physicians. Currently at 90 minutes with only "he's running late" as a cursory comment Time to find another office.
I was in terrible pain all weekend and when I got to the office I was even vomiting from the pain. The doctor was cold and barley looked at me. The office staff was rude and never sent the MRI script even after I called twice. I am so shocked at the lack of care and compassion. Dr. Levine was kind and tried to help but office staff still did not follow through.
I like how serious they take their job. Great service great people.
