I love this place the nurses my dotor the receptionist r all great when asking a question they do have ansews my doctor is great i feel very comfortable and happy there
I have been calling this practice all week beginning with Monday through Friday at all different times of the day Nobody at the Front Desk answers the phone today’s call rang 23 times before I gave up I do get the answering service when they say the Front Desk have the phones forwarded I even pressed Option #6 which is the option for physician offices and hospitals hoping to get thru but nobody answers that line either I’m amazed that the physicians allow this type of behavior at the Front Desk in what is supposed to be the ... read more

Phone issues causing me panic attacks... Holy eff can I just speak to the nurse this is Ludacris no vm option
The Orthopedic office never answers phone calls and never calls back. There are 3 women in the office giggling about the whole day and not one of them can answer the phone. Call the main line and they transfer you to the orthopedic office that doesn’t answer. I’ve been trying to get my last summary visit for over 2 months. Go to the office: they tell you some other company holds the records and you fill out a form but nothing is sent in the mail. Or you call: no answer.
