Staff at the front is rude. This is the 2nd time I come back without the visit being approved by my insurance. I made the appt back around May. You’re telling me in 4 months you couldn’t get the visit approved? It takes less than a week for approval I drive an hour away, last time was a wasted visit and this time was a wasted visit. Dr. Liljeberg shows a lot of care in his work, I would recommend him.
Staff are always friendly, courteous, and very attentive to patients..The "do's and dont's" are explained in detail, before and after every procedure. Any concerns are listened to and responded to quickly and thoroughly.
