Literally sitting in the lobby, just told my doctor is an hour behind. My last visit he was 2hrs behind & I spoke with a manager who promised to call me if my doc was behind at my next visit - which is today. I got no phone call as promised which wasted my time once again. I'm waiting to speak with the manager AGAIN to explain how the ball was dropped, to ithe contact information of her superiors, & to tell her I'm leaving ANOTHER poor review & will not be returning to that location !! Great service
I am in more pain then before I had surgery. No one’s wants to hear that. When I was there on Thursday I wish I would have asked to see first X-ray that showed fracture.NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT THE AWFUL PAIN I AM IN. Told to take aleve and so far not working . Had taken Tylenol and ibuprofen. So now I am not sure of my path forward. They Didn’t even make appointment for 3 months. So guessing I you are finished with me.
