Had surgery done on my ankle and leg after a bad fall last March broke multiple bones. Was told my leg was completely healed at my 6wk followup. I have since moved from the area and my rheumatologist ordered some X-rays. We just learned that my persistent leg pain is because the major break in my leg never actually healed. I’m now left wondering why I was told it was healed when it wasn’t.
Mailed my payment for services rendered and it came back "not deliverable as addressed, unable to forward". I used their voucher with their address in the enveloped window. I called the office 2 times to pay. The first time, I went to voice mail and did not get a return call. The second time, I was transferred to a billing service who was TOO BUSY to take my payment. There is no option to pay on line. This has cost me postage and at least an hour trying to pay the bill.
Great Doctor and team I only would trust Dr Tonnos for my orthopedic surgery his one the best Surgeons I ever had !
