Awful experience—has ACL surgery and kept telling them about crunching sound and pain. Doctor told me to take 5 Advil each morning and work it out-which didn’t work...after 7 months and still no relief I got a new MRI and a new deductible and they said they could do something to elucidate the pain—but I would need to pay the new deductible... I didn’t think that was right so they said, “ sorry we can’t help you” and have me the number for someone else!

The front office is great and everyone is friendly and helpful.
This is the greatest medical team I have ever encountered! They are impeccable. From the first hello at the front, as you are greeted by name, to the last good bye as you leave. I highly recommend Dr. Provanzano and Dr. Polumbo! They are Houston's finest!
I have been searching for a dr to tell me why I was having neck pain constantly along with migraines that lasted for days. Finally after 3/4 years of searching I was referred to Dr. Badalini whom had all the answers to my problems and questions. I’m now 2-1/2 weeks into my neck fusion surgery and although I still have a long way to go on recovery time; i do feel some relief already. The doctors and staff are so helpful and very considerate with your needs. This is Indeed a top notch facility with a top notch staff!
