I have ostheoarthritis and referred to Dr. Travis Scudday by my sports medicine Dr. from there I called the number provided to me and Few days I got a message to see Dr. Travis Scudday (Orthopedic Surgeon ) His receptionist are very accommodating and very professional of her job . After I check in few minutes somebody called to see Dr. Scudday .when I talk to Him and told my knee problem , he ordered an x-ray and show me the results . The Drs I have had for surgery and treatment have been the best...Dr J Patel, Dr D DeBottis, Dr Gittings, and Dr Le...for hip & knee replacement, shoulder replacement, hand treatments, and back. They are extremely good at what they do and keep me informed on my progress and treatment needs.
We waited for an entire week to do an MRI within the office for my son’s elbow. After being stuck behind two wrecks we arrived 15 mins late. We were refused to be seen because the grace period is only 10 minutes. We literally begged and cried to still be seen. Since this is a baseball injury it’s extremely time sensitive & important to us. The office didn’t care. They claimed to be so busy but there were two people in the waiting room.
Had hip replacement with Dr.Jay Patel in August 2024. Never took one pain pill, just acetaminophen. Walking without walker in 3 days. It is like I never had a surgery! Can do everything I want and I am VERY active ( :
This place is money hungry. $30 for any type paper work needed to be filled out for your employer. They also refuse to see patients that can’t afford to pay copayments. Rude front desk.
