I had knee surgery and complications after, getting ahold of anyone once your surgery is done is a major issue, after care is non existent. Try calling the front desk. Instead of the Doctor seeing me with my problem I was told to go to the ER and it took many many calls and a couple of days just to get a return phone call and never did Doctor Williams himself call about my concerns. My knee is not better and now Im going through physical therapy.I am also finding another Doctor. John Peters
