I've been trying to call their office for days, I have chosen different options, I can never get anybody to answer, it just rings and rings. I finally called St. Francis to see if they could help. I was told they get a lot of complaints about that office and there's nothing they can do because their phones don't work. How can this be?
Dr. Makowiec is an outstanding Hand Surgeon. I’ve been seeing him for the past 3 years for my CMC osteoarthritis. He is gentle with his injections and shows immense compassion to his patients. I’m incredibly sad that he is leaving Franciscan Health, however both my husband and I will follow him to his new practice. He is very much worth the drive north. I am an OR nurse who worked with a Hand Surgeon for 8 years. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Makowiec for your hand pain/surgical needs.
