Dr. Li is an outstanding surgeon and a kind, caring person, and the entire experience of working with him and the staff at Orthopedic & Shoulder Center was wonderful. From the scheduling and preliminary meetings/tests to the actual rotator cuff and bicep surgery followed by physical therapy and follow-up visits, everything was well coordinated, and the care provided went beyond my high expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Li!
Overall I was unimpressed with the office. The front desk staff was not personable and treated helping you as an annoyance. I was told upon scheduling my appointment I would need to obtain all my records and have it for the first appointment, only for it to be retrieved from EPIC and wasn’t needed after wasting time running around obtaining those documents. During my appointment I was given a Reparel Ankle Sleeve to help hold things together. Dr. Li went over his plan and course of action and then stated in the meantime I sh... read more
