Brought my daughter into Harrisburg Office with radial fracture, staff was excellent & fast! We were in & out in 1 hour. Duane Stroup PA-C was so nice & friendly. I will definitely tell others
I do NOT recommend Dr. Fernadez if you want a doctor to spend more than 3-5 minutes of their time with you. And Dr. Werner was not honest with me. He didn't like being caught in a lie and once he was he couldn't give me the time of day. Whomever Angie is, (office manager maybe) needs to do follow ups on issues she gets involved in. And those patient surveys are a joke. I asked for phone call return on 3 of 5 i filled out, got one call. Will not recommended any of my family/friends to this practice.
Great experience. They went right to their work, found my problem. And now we're gonna work on it.
