My wife has a "really bad sprain" (Dr. Werner's words) on her ankle. He prescribed her the equivalent of an extra dosage of Naprosyn, and they provided her with an ankle brace. For the past week she has tried to make it in and stand on her feet for 8 hours a day 5 days a week. It's evident that this is making things worse now, not better. My wife's job offers unpaid leave which all Dr. Werner had to do was fill out their paperwork. I was just in at their walk in clinic in Camp Hill with severe shoulder pain. I've been having on going issues with it but this felt different. I wasn't looking for a miracle. I was just looking for some compassion and pain relief. That is far from what I recieved. The PA I saw, Jeffery Horgan, was a pompous jerk. He looked at my past history and decided that I needed a lecture instead of sympathy and then after some arguing agreed to give me some pain medicine and a muscle relaxer. Dr Fernandez and Dr Warner are both awesome. Listened to me and my concerns and is helping me get back on the road to being pain free. Dr Fernandez will be doing my surgery on April 10th and I'm looking forward to it.
