I have had both hips replaced but Dr. Tozzi wonderful experience. His staff is very nice. Always very friendly and helpful.
I would give it negative stars if possible. Waited an hour and a half for a follow up that should take 5 minutes. Wait may have been longer, but I walked out. I woke up early for the appointment and was missing appointments and other responsibilities because of the delay. Staff made no effort to resolve the problem and made empty and false excuses.
You have a 9 am appt the doctor hasn't even shown up 9:30 wish I had that job .
Dr. Roehrig is amazing. Great bed side manner. Highly recommend him and the Orthopedic Institute of Central Jersey
Terrible patient service. Waited nearly 3 hours for scheduled appointment. Doctor Lospinuso once again held us hostage. Complete lack of concern for patient.
