I would give it negative stars if possible. Waited an hour and a half for a follow up that should take 5 minutes. Wait may have been longer, but I walked out. I woke up early for the appointment and was missing appointments and other responsibilities because of the delay. Staff made no effort to resolve the problem and made empty and false excuses.
Terrible patient service. Waited nearly 3 hours for scheduled appointment. Doctor Lospinuso once again held us hostage. Complete lack of concern for patient.
Dr. John Tozzi is an amazing person and a phenomenal Doctor. I had gone to many doctors prior to Dr. Tozzi. Everyone else just simply said you need your knee replaced. Dr. Tozzi wanted to try everything else because of my age to get me further along I ended up having my right knee replaced in 2013. I finally started getting my life back. But unfortunately my left knee was just as bad, so in April 2015 I had my left knee done. Now I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel to having my life back. I highly recommend Dr. Petrosini. He performed ACL and meniscus repair 3 months ago and I am doing great. Still recovering, but feeling better every day. Dr. Petrosini is wonderful. He takes his time with you, explains everything in great detail, and answers all your questions. I've never once felt rushed during an appointment. The staff has always been courteous, professional, and helpful and I never wait long at all to be seen, even though this practice is quite busy. I had knee replacement done by dr Tozzie n he is great. Did fantastic job. He also did my husbands hip replacement n that was the best thing he did. Also by dr Tozzie .
