OrthoIndy did and it's surgeons did not provide adequate care to my wife. The surgeon ignored all signs of Deep Vein Thrombosis, swelling and pain in her calf after she broke her foot. We both inquired about the swelling and the last words the surgeon said were "I am not concerned about the swelling I only need to know if you want surgery." The appointment lasted less than 5 minutes and OrthoIndy billed me near $1000. A short 8 hours later I my wife to the ER, she was in cardiac arrest.
