My mother had total knee replacement surgery on Monday. When she went home on Tuesday her prescription had been written on the wrong prescription pad. When my Mom called the office to have the doctor send a fax to the pharmacy, the office refused. My mom was without needed pain medication for over 24 hours!!! My Dad, who is recovering from hernia surgery, had to drive from Lewisville to Downtown Dallas the next day to pick up a new prescription. VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Had a ankle fusion 3 years ago with Dr Brodsky and it was the best thing I have ever done. Total success and no more pain.
Dr Medlock was great! The entire staff from check-in, x-ray to check-out were very friendly. Everything was done pretty quickly.
